Our Learning Environment
Our school consists of 10 teaching classrooms, with additional various rooms designed for group work. Our aim is to ensure that every child's needs are met through Quality First Teaching in the classroom, but we understand that some children will need some time in an additional quiet space, which we can provide in and outside the classroom.
Each of our classrooms have:
- A whole class visual timetable
- A Calm Corner/ quiet space with various calm down activities and objects in
- A book corner
- Labelled drawers (some with pictures on for the younger children)
- Separate workstations (if needed) with individual visual timetables
